Alfred Kang

Cheng-Tai Kang, a.k.a Alfred Kang, was born in Taipei, Taiwan. Now serving as a lead developer for Syrup at New York, he got his M.F.A degree in Digital Arts from Pratt Institute, created a visual instrument, www.squaremusicstation.com, by interacting with users’ mouse gestures as thesis work. He was inspired mainly by Prof. Peter Mackey and Prof Amit Pitaru at Pratt. Current interests include various Ajax libraries and Flash technology. He is he site and group leader of www.jquery.com.tw and jQuery Taiwan google user group.
